310 Nautical Watch is located at 4515 S. Ocean Blvd. in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. This is very close to Alligator Adventure, Barefoot Landing, Restaurant Row, Tanger Outlet Center, and numerous golf and miniature golf courses. It is about 10 minutes from Myrtle Beach proper.

Our condo is beach-front with 2 balconies, one shaded and one open to the sun; both are 8' x 11' and directly face the ocean. The condo has 2 bedrooms upstairs and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. The upstairs bedrooms are separated by a shuttered wall which affords some privacy for the second bedroom. The master bedroom faces the ocean. There is a street-side pool.

The kitchen is equipped with a full-size stove and refrigerator, and a microwave, coffee-maker, toaster oven, toaster, crock pot, blender, garbage disposal, and dishwasher. There is also an apartment-size washer and dryer.

The living area has a TV and VCR and there is a TV in one of the upstairs bedrooms. We subscribe to standard cable.

The condo is located on the third floor, which is a two-story walk-up as there is no elevator in the building. The condo itself has two floors with a spiral staircase as access to the second floor. While the condo is nicely decorated with a beach motif, it is not large. It will sleep 4 adults comfortably. The sleeper sofa is fine for young children, but we do not recommend it for adults.

There is parking for two cars.

Since we are offering the condo for rent ourselves, there is no departure maid service. Before you depart for home, you would need to vacuum, wipe up the kitchen counters, and clean the bathroom. You must provide your own sheets for the beds and your own towels, beach chairs, and paper goods.

The condo rents from Saturday to Saturday and is available off-season during April, May, September, and October. The rates are listed below.

If you love the ocean, you will find North Myrtle Beach a pleasant vacation site. Ocean water temperatures in the summer range in the high 70's to low 80's.
